We are introducing a wide variety of products such as Numazu’s specialty dried fish, the popular mackerel cutlet “Numazu Menchi” and the “additive-free drink Dashi tea pack” that enables to take in the world class Japanese Dashi and UMAMI easily.
We use all of the bones and internal organs of fish that are generally discarded in the process of manufacturing mackerel.
